The purpose of the AzACDA Junior High School Choral Festival is to provide a positive and encouraging environment for junior high/middle school choirs to perform, receive constructive feedback from experienced choral educators, and enhance their musical skills. Participating choirs have an opportunity to refine their musicianship, support other choirs during their performances and enrich their interest in choral music. Thursday, May 7th at (tentatively) Franklin Junior High. 4949 E Southern Ave. Mesa, AZ 85206
Friday, May 8th at Chandler Gilbert Community College. 2626 E. Pecos Rd. Chandler, AZ 85225

Timeline:
Monday, January 12, 2026: Application opening date
Friday, February 13, 2026: Application closing date
Monday, February 27, 2026: Final schedule sent to directors
Wednesday, March 18, 2026: Final date to cancel with refund
Friday, April, 10 2026: Payment deadline
Thursday, May 7, 2026 and Friday, May 8, 2026: Festival dates
Cost: $150 (with current ACDA membership) or $200 (non-members) will be charged per participating ensemble. Please email if you need to submit a quote to your district/organization in order to create a purchase order.
